Exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days.

In the case of returned items, Renattoni will give you store credit in the amount of your return. We do not give refunds except to corporate accounts. STORE CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS.

ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN NUMBER. Please contact sales@renattoni.com to obtain the exchange or return number and the address to which you should send your items.

We ask that you pack your exchange or return in the original package.

All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note that Renattoni will pay the shipping charges for sending the new exchanged item(s) to you.
