Standard Delivery: We will process your order and deliver your package within 10 business days. Order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.
Express Delivery Options: Listed below. Available only in the contiguous United States.
3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight Delivery, Saturday or Sunday Delivery: Additional charges will apply. Otherwise, we will process your order and deliver your package in 4 business days.
3-Day Delivery: Please add $6.50 to standard shipping and handling prices
2-Day Delivery: Please add $12.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges.
Overnight Delivery: Please add $17.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges. We will process your order and deliver your package in 2 business days. For example, if you place an order on Friday, you will receive your package 2 business days later, on Tuesday.

International Shipping
Where We Deliver: We ship to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we do not ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, Nigeria and Zanzibar.
Estimated Delivery Time: We estimate that an order to an international location will take 15 business days. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, we estimate that all orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. From there, UPS estimates delivery of 3-4 business days to customs, and 2-3 business days for delivery after customs. We cannot estimate customs time. We recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.
Customs & Duties: Customs and import duties are charged to the customer once the package reaches the destination country. They are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will vary from country to country. If a customer chooses to refuse shipment due to customs and import duties, we cannot refund the merchandise purchase price. Furthermore, the customer accepts all responsibility for following up with local postal services and customs once UPS makes delivery to the destination country.
Shipping Method: We ship all of our international orders via UPS. We require a physical address to ship orders to international destinations and cannot accept P.O. Box addresses.

Back-Ordered & Out-of-Stock Items: Occasionally we have out-of-stock or back-ordered items. We do not ship partial shipments to international destinations. We will attempt to contact you within 72 hours of receiving the order regarding any items that are out-of-stock or back-ordered. If we do not hear back from you, we will substitute a similar item from our warehouse, or credit you for the item.
APO/FPO Addresses: APO and FPO addresses are not considered international. They are handled by the U.S. Military, and the shipping chart for domestic orders will be used when shipping to such addresses. All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail only. We do not ship express to APO or FPO addresses.
Risk Of Loss: All items purchased from Renattoni.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
