Shipping
Renattoni.com ships UPS to all 50 United States. We do ship and bill orders internationally.
All international orders are subject to additional review to insure against fraud. Due to this process, international orders will
take up to 4 business days to process. Deliveries are made Mondays through Saturdays (holidays excluded).
To view current UPS shipping rates, visit UPS at http://www.ups.com. All orders will be charged a $3.00 handling fee in addition to
shipping costs.
Renattoni.com offers the following shipping options:
Ground Shipping
Orders shipped UPS ground will be delivered within 7-10 days after processed.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and Pay Pal authorization is received.
3-Day Select
Orders shipped UPS 3-day select will be delivered in 3 days after processed.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and Pay Pal authorization is received.
2-Day Air
Orders shipped UPS 2-day air will be delivered 2 days after processed.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and Pay Pal authorization is received.
Next day air
Orders shipped UPS next day air will be delivered the day after processed.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and Pay Pal authorization is received.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to stock out of certain items.
If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you through email.
Returns
Exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days.
In the case of returned items, Renattoni will issue store credit in the amount of your return.
We do not give refunds except to corporate accounts. STORE CREDIT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS.
ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Please contact sales@renattoni.com to obtain the exchange or return number and the address to which you should send your items.
Without a valid return number store credits and exchanges will not be processed.
We ask that you pack your exchange or return in the original package.
All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note that Renattoni will pay the shipping charges for sending the exchanged item(s) to you.
For any additional exchanges after the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-sale or other Special Sale Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We make it as clear as possible on the website when sales are final.
